We respect the privacy of everyone who comes into contact with MITC and ensure that the personal data provided to us is treated confidentially. Processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the requirements set by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Use of your personal data
The data entered will not be provided to third parties without express prior consent, unless MITC is obliged to do so based on the law or a court ruling.
Communication
When you send an email or other messages to us, it is possible that we retain those messages. Sometimes we ask you for personal data relevant to the situation. This makes it possible to process your questions and answer requests. The data is stored on MITC’s own secure servers or those of a third party with a secure server. MITC has no influence on the processing and storage of this information on Google’s servers, which may also be located outside the European Union. Purposes
We use your data exclusively for the benefit of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. This data is used to perform the service. The data is stored on MITC’s own secure servers or those of a third party. Your data will not be shared with third parties, other than to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound by confidentiality on the basis of the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.
Data retention period
General visitor data is kept for no longer than 26 months. The data you have provided to us so that we can contact you by telephone or email is kept until the contact has taken place. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also interpret this as a request to be forgotten. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we must keep invoices containing your (personal) data; we will therefore keep this data for as long as the applicable term runs.
Changes to the privacy policy
MITC reserves the right to make changes to the privacy statement. However, you will always find the most recent version on this page. If the new privacy policy has consequences for the way in which we process already collected data, we will inform you by email.
Changing or deleting your data
